Not Able To Send Emails With Quickbooks ?

Equipped with lots of features, Quickbook is also prone to certain issues.The problem with sending of mail is one of them that the users can face while working on Quickbooks. When Quickbooks is not sending email to Outlook, it may cause issues to generate invoices. The very first thing to check in this situation is, whether any other Outlook window is running in the background. If not, there may some other reasons that are likely to create the problem, few of them are listed below:
a) Incorrect Outlook installation
b) Email settings not configured properly
c) MAPI32.dI file is corrupted/damaged
d) Damaged Quickbooks Company File (.qbw)
The user may go for the following solutions for Quickbooks unable to send Email to Outlook in Quickbooks desktop:
 -Make sure that your email preferences are configured in a proper manner in Outlook
 – In Quickbooks, Go to Edit> Prferences>Send forms> My Preference> Set Send Email using to Outlook or the other option you like
– Now, exit all the Quickbooks Windows and then restart your computer
 -Please check your Email Preferences in your default browser i.e IE or Chrome
– For Internet Explorer: Close Quickbooks> Open IE> Go to Tools> Internet options> Choose Programs tab
– In Program tab, ensure that the default e-mail is selected that you use for your Emails
– Now, restart your System and Quickbooks
 -Quickbooks running as an Administrator
– Firstly, right click on Quickbooks icon on your desktop and then go to Properties
– Go to compatibility mode
– Uncheck run this program as an Administrator
– Restart your Quickbooks
  – When MAPI3.dI file is corrupted.
